I don’t know why it took me so long to purchase this rug, because it’s absolutely beautiful. It alone transformed my hallway and brightened it up. It comes with adhesive to help it lay flat. I did use some additional carpet adhesive because after a while the edges begin to curl up, but carpet adhesive keeps it flat. It’s very lightweight and I’m even able to throw it in the wash if the kids or baby dog dirty it somehow.

I got this runner to place in front of our TV chairs, to catch drops and spills. Mostly to protect our new carpet from traffic wear.
It is lovely and very soft. Washes and all that. Unfortunately, it does not work out well on top of carpet. Because it is light weight, it tends to ‘travel’ and fold. I frequently have to straighten it.
So, if you want to put it on a hard floor, go for it. If you want to protect carpet, do not select this.

We love these rugs (got a small for shower and long for vanity).. but keep in mind that the color is not as pictured. They pick up a LOT of green in most lights. In certain light, they are more taupe/gold, but most of the time, they pull a lot of cool/green.
